Thank you for joining Legacy Match. This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments and cancellations are handled.

Cancellation Policy
Billing Errors
Legacy Match operates on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a membership, you authorize the applicable subscription fee to be charged according to your selected billing plan.
All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
Because members receive immediate access to Legacy Match services, including profile creation, member browsing, and communication features, refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused membership time
- Failure to use the service
- Dissatisfaction with matches, connections, or outcomes
- Account inactivity
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Upon cancellation:
- Future recurring charges will stop.
- Your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Legacy Match within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review billing issues on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund when appropriate.
Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated for violating the Legacy Match Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other platform policies, any fees already paid will not be refunded.
Exceptions
Legacy Match reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion. Any exceptions made in one instance do not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
